I see you're new here. I'm sure you've already gotten advice to reduce the amount of carbs you eat. Have you tried that and has it helped at all?

Hello mike D, when I get up in the morning there around 12 or 13 then they go up during the day. The highest reading I've had is 24.3. I'm on oral meds but there not working I've been on a few different meds now and not one has worked for me.

Hi Samm. Meds won't work on their own. Diet is the key. Meds only help to a limited extent. Have you read up about low carb eating plans? Cutting the carbs will cut your BS levels, not the meds.

Have you (or are you planning to) change your diet? You obviously test (which is great) but it needs to be in tandem with changing what you eat (as was mentioned to you yesterday I believe) as some of those foods might well not be right for you
