7.1 after a stomach upset yesterday, managed to keep sugars below 9 yesterday despite living on a diet of watered down apple juice sipped slowly as I couldn't keep anything else down. went to bed at 3.9 and had a couple of biscuit to make sure i didn't hypo in the night.
