Thanks for all you advice, you've really helped me understand everything a bit more. Inspirational! A quick question see what people think: Do you find your bg's are better if you:
1) eat first and then excercise?
2) excercise first and then eat?
I'm thinking about breakfast or evening meals etc.... I would imagine I just have to try the different methods and test test test.
