What's your weight loss today/this week?

It surely is. Lunch today is Spinach, Lettuce, Tomatoes and Mackerel.

Bloody lovely.
 
Weight loss for me this week - 2 lbs.

Taking it a bit calm at the moment as my balance seems off, so shorter walks etc.

Lunch today: Lettuce and baby leaves with feta and smoked salmon and olives.

have to own up to eating a bit too much over this weeks celebrations and have gained a bit of weight.
back to normal now I hope and look forward to getting the pound off again!!

I've lost one pound, taking me down to 8 st 4 lbs and a BMI of 22.85. My goal of 8 st is gradually creeping closer.

I've linked my Fitbit into a scheme which earns points for activity that can then be redeemed to help charities. I'm using my activity points towards a healthcare scheme in Guatemala which is an added incentive to exercise.
 
1lb this week down to 13st 5lbs. Confirmed by my DSN's scales with my shoes on so very happy. Now in the 23's BMI wise
 
nothing a big fat zero, no weight loss at all since diagnosis so I give up
 
1lb lost this week, total 1stone 3lbs. But have lost at least 2 inches of my waist.
 
September 2011 I was 18 stone.
Diagnosed with diabetes in January 2012
Now 13.5 stone and i'm 6'3" tall.
Im pretty pleased with that. gone down from a 41 inch waist to 36.

went to Tesco to use their weighing machine today....said I was 10st 6lb!! Oh! I WISH I think it needs testing!!!

Mine say I am 11st.5lb...a bit nearer the mark me thinks:]
 
1st Jan 2012 = 14st 9lbs

Monday 7th August 2012 (yesterday) = 12st 6lbs

I avoid going on the scales everyday and try to only weigh myself every monday morning.
