What's your weight loss today/this week?

Lost another 2lbs this week.

I now weigh 13st 2lbs and am aiming to reach 13st next week.

Will need to be really good

Another pound lost bringing me to 9 st 6 lbs. My grumpy husband says I very careless losing all these pounds.
 
it's not important how quickly you lose it, it's more important how long you keep the weight off for. Having said that I lost 3 lb this week.
 
2lbs so far this week and back comfortably in 36/34 waist jeans, back where I was when I was early 40 something, 2 more inches and its early 30 something
 
Bit disappointed as I stayed the same this week.
I cut out the peanuts all week as I thought that might be holding back the weight loss.
Been a bit down this week and did resort to a wee bit of comfort eating (choc chip cookies )
Haven't done much exercise either this week so will need to start that again and hopefully better results next week.
 
I've lost a pound this week. I brought a pair of size 12 trousers and they fit. This afternoon's task is to go through my clothes and get rid of the ones that no longer fit.
 
Lost 1.75 pounds this week That makes a total loss of 9 pounds since January 1st

Away at a conference centre Monday to Thursday this week. When I've been there before I've always been in the queue for porridge every morning - but not now Will do my best with what's on offer foodwise and hope to show another loss next week.

It's a bit like the glass half full/glass half empty theory - a pessimist is the one who saves the larger size clothes, just in case! Well done, Didie.

I'm afraid I forgot to get weighed this morning - more truthful to say I didn't want to know!

Another 2lb for me this week

I am so chuffed... 9lb in total since just before xmas, I love my new low carb diet...and my new exercise bike!
 
Well done all, my good work continues, at the start of my workout (the weight I always record) I'd lost 3 ad half pounds. By the end of the workout (the weight which is better for the ego) I'd lost nearly 6lbs and was comfortably under 14 stone.

Congrats to everyone on there weight loss being it 1lb or a stone or more its all heading the right way instead of the wrong.

I have had a love hate relationship with diets and weight loss since the age of 7. Then into my teens where i weighed my age as in at 13 i weighed 13 stone at 16 i weighed 16 stone until i hit my heaviest 5 years ago to a whopping 30 stone. It's been a massive struggle to lose weight and I am now down to 20 stone and still dieting away to get another 8-9stone off. So i feel for everyone on here that is trying there hardest to get the weight off it can be a long and emotional road to travel down.

Whizzyweb, I feel for you. Well done for the weight loss to date! :clap:

My life has been an emotional rollercoaster relationship with my weight and dieting for the last 50 years, pretty well, and only diabetes has made me see things clearly. Testing my blood glucose keeps me on the diet track - most of the time.

I've had a bad week this week, what with a granary loaf and my friend's cheese scones, not to mention the odd botle of wine. I'm not sure I dare get on the scales tomorrow, but one thing I am going to do - get across to the gym and start my exercise bike routine. It's all I'm allowed to do at the moment, but if I get my leg muscles stronger, things should improve all round - and I might be able to walk around Inverness in April!

I'll come back and confess if I don't get signed on - that should motivate me. :wink:

I've only ever seriously dieted once before, having being able to eat anything until I got married (I was 7 stone then) and had my kids and then the weight piled on, which I lost. Then I had major surgery, went back to work after 2 weeks, instead of waiting 6 and had no energy for exercise or anything for years and the weight piled back on eventually leading to my stroke and the diagnosis of diabetes. I'm sure most people would find it really boring, but I am very happy to eat the same thing day in and day out. I've never really been a live to eat person, but an eat to live control freak-type person.
 
I only lost a pound this week but it put me comfortably under my 14stone by valentines day target & the girl who was my inspiration is a good friend-maybe I'll win her over in time! Less than 2stone until I'm in "ideal" range & I've already decided on my treat/reward to myself when I get there coz I will get there.
