Hi my hbc1a was 54mm in March then June 36mm then in November it was 35mm. I’ve just seen your post. And your diet only I am to what I wanted to know what happens if you do have a treat when your hbc1a is normal if you get a spike is that ok because your in the normal range? And alcohol is ok to drink the like vodka gin whiskey ext I do have a few coors light now and then I’m okBoooooo . . . . you low carb advocates
