Since being diagnosed with diabetes a little over 2 months ago the company I work for has in my mind being trying to get me to quit. Thay told one member of staf I was taking the **** when I had to leave for the dr's ( that was the appointment that I was told about haveing kidney damage/disease and dr wanting to start me on meds immediately). But sunce then I have had 2 of my wages messed around with eg not been paid for time workrd . Last month it was 34 hours and this month it is 24 hours . I know twice doesnt seem like a lot but I get paid monthly so thats basically every payment since being diagnosed . I am also in a low paid profession the the money is a real loss to me and means I will struggle throughout the month. I feel this is an attempt to get me to leave. All they say is you didnt put you time sheet in . I know I did but cannot prove it and its also very funny that I have worked for them for 6 years and this has only started or happened since telling them I am diabetic. I also beleive that their actionsnare criminal as if they are relying on the statement that I havnt put a sheet in (even though the company keeps seperate time sheets for logging on and off work and where people are working as most of the workers are lone workers . Sheets infact that I fill in as one of the controllers) then I beleive by not telling me I had missed a sheet and docking my wage while fully knowing I should have been paid more constitutes an attempt to permanently deprive me of my money or money owed to me by them . Does anyone know if im right here or have any other advice/help they can offer.

im confused as to why they would do this? what effect would it have on them, you have diabetes? have you asked for special treatment? have you changed your working practices since dx? if not, why not have a chat with them and get there views, you might just be being paranoid if you talk to them it may put your mind at rest or maybe put their minds at rest if they are worried you are going to become a burden on the company, we know the absolute ignorance surrounding db, perhaps they are thinking you are going to start having loads of time off work etc, once you explain this dosent have to effect you or them apart from the occasional docs appt they may change there thinking,
