What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

I cheated and bought them from Amazon. Not the best tasting but felt I needed to try them.
I really miss wraps. What are the Amazon ones like for carbs? Would you have them again?
 
B: coffee n cream, 1/2 small steak, an egg, 1 LC toast with butter

L: ham, mustard, coffee n cream

D: bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and cheese, broccoli and cauliflour with cheese sauce

S: peanuts, LC cheesecake
 
Nothing today yet but yesterday:
12 noon: beef broth soup with mushrooms and spices.
3pm: A baby bell cheese and one pringle (sad or what).
7pm: Roast pork belly with cauliflower mash and roasted onions followed by Greek yogurt and blackberies. 2 big fat glasses of Merlot.

Fasting reading this morning was 4.5
 
B/L - homemade chicken stock, different teas
D - sardine fillets with lemon, steamed broccoli, spinach & mushroom, 1/2 an orange, peanut butter yoghurt
 
Greetings from Costa del Sol.....
Cornflakes for breakfast and a round of toast.
A lovely Sea Bass and salad by the beach for lunch with a couple of glasses of wine BUT 90 minute walk to restaurant so I earned it?!

D: creamy cauliflour, nikujaga, meat only, pepsi max

S: coffee n cream, 50gr sf chocolate
 
B 1 liflive with peanut butter, 3 strawberries & alpro
L large salad box
D salmon & cauliflower khaeng som (Thai curry/soup) plain popcorn for pudding
3 decaf coffee, lots of water and 1 hour in gym at lunchtime
 
2xFried Eggs and Bacon

Can of Tuna mixed with 2 teaspoons Mayo and two celery sticks chopped.

Cod & Prawn Curry with Kohlrabi Rice
 
Hello . I haven't posted on this thread for a long time. I need to get back on track and this helps.

B. Cornish cruncher cheddar with olives stuffed with garlic
L. Leftovers from breakfast
D. Chicken legs with Mediterranean vegetables. :)
 
B: blueberries with coconut alpro and flax
L: poached salmon, rocket, olives
D: broccoli & stilton soup, 2 x wholemeal toast & butter. Had normal bread found in the freezer after discovering Ugg bread had gone seriously mouldy!! Experimented with effect on BS to justify eating - if it's in the name of research, it's ok, right? Well BS before was 5.2 (very pleased. Had just done 1 hour pilates class:angelic:) but 2 hours later was a whopping 8.3:wideyed:. Guess normal bread remains off the menu.
S: hot chocolate made with whole milk, double cream, raw cacao and a bit of xylitol.

These coconut ones from pure wraps were 5g net carb but tasted better when you chewed them really well. Which released their flavour. I'm in no hurry to buy those ones again but I've bought Joseph's low carb ones twice. They are very tasty. I think they're 8g of carb.
I've just bought the low carb Amazon 8 pk to try tomorrow. All of which freeze except coconut ones. :-)

S: unsmoked grilled bacon x2

Note to self: WHERE IS YOUR VEG? lol
 
Yesterday...
B - McDonalds Sausage & Egg muffin w/o the muffin
L - Tesco peri-peri chicken fillets with salad & mayo
S - Peanuts, stick of cheddar, coffee & cream
 
B: chocolate milkshake and decaf coffee with alpro coconut milk.
L: thinking of making chicken n low carb wraps with peppers.
S: almonds and coffee n cream.
D: another favoured milkshake at 8pm (no later).
Well that's the plan!
Started well. :-)
 
Yesterday:

B: coffeencream
L: hummus with a spoon and 2 squares 50% mint choc
S: 2 more squares. lush.
D: Salmon pate, homemade cauli cheese, homemade onion bhajis, spiced red cabbage. Weird combo and weird result. BG jumped to 10mmol/l for no reason that I can fathom, and stayed there for 3 hours. Felt fine throughout.
Scratching head, but not bothered unless it becomes a pattern.
