Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

14/6/16 - Morning.

Before bed I had 5.6 at 1.30am.
Went to Bathroom at 5am and felt peckish, so ate a bag of crisps.
This morning's reading at 9am was 9.5.

Bag of crisps? You are feeding your injury. Next time give it Oppo ice cream. ;) It's lovely and a touch of luxury. Crisps!!!! You're knee needs/deserves better. Even the m&s ones won't do it mate.
Feed that poorly knee today. The good stuff. ♡♥♡

7.1 - had a bad time yesterday and ate the wrong foods. I also have Labyrinthitis and it is making me feel sick all the time, ironically when eating I feel fine it is only when not eating - hope it clears up soon.

I wish you well @srobertson06 . I hope it disappears, permanently. My mum has it. Some days worse than others. Not pleasant for you.
