Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.1 for me (too many potatoes last night)

Brilliant results from all of you this morning - well done!

Or delayed carbs?
Did you have a few carbs for lunch or dinner yesterday?
I can suffer with delayed carbs, which affects me at anytime of the day. LD can also happen through the day.
See if you can change your carb intake to see if that or liver dump?

I never even gave that a thought - I did have Lidl roll with ham and coleslaw for lunch.

What is 'oppo' ice cream ?

It's amazing, very low carb ice cream available from Holland & Barrett and Waitrose.

Some lovely flavours, 7.1g carbs per 100 ml, so that's about 3.5 g per small scoop. Currently on a 3:2 promo at Waitrose....so many of us on here have been going crazy to buy it:)

Good Morning! 6.3 at 0500 today. I was expecting higher after a couple of roast potatoes with roast lamb, ice cream (Oppo) and 6 large squares of LIDL 70% Dark Chocolate (orange) last night. I did walk 10 circuits of local park (10m) this morning in penance.
Well done you what a treat.:)

Thanks, I guess it's a trip to Waitrose for me.

Good morning everyone. 5.5 this morning for me. This is day two of my new regime, my own version of Newcastle/Blood Sugar Diet.
