Morning. Yawn, 2nd cuppa (both caffeine) as I am sluggish this morning. Just about to do insulin and FBG 7.3 mmol/l. Weather's to be **** all week here so bummer. Roll on July, @liam1955 hope your joints are not so sore and the injections are working. I have had two corticosteroid injections on my left shoulder. They took about a week to kick in but alas didn't solve the problem and had surgery for a badly healed fracture. I have had oral corticosteroids twice post surgery on my bowels but they made me put on a lot of weight and probably contributed to my T2 diabetes. I also had to be tapered off them and carry a warning card and hated taking them. It's a balancing act- pain vs some side effect. I noticed corticosteroids gave me insomnia, watch out for it. Get well soon. For everyone else who is having a tough time I wish you all the best. My thrush is starting to clear so that's good news. Have a nice day !
