Fbg 5.5 hopefully back in control. Seeing dn today with my rouge bgs but only due to a carb holiday. Higher than last year (pre scatica) due to mobility problem. Definitely effecting my overall bgs and insulin resistance.

PS I have just had a big scare. My two hour post breakfast reading was 4.1 x 2, heading towards a hypo, So a little glucose and 15 minutes later, 4.6.
