12.0 this morning. Just out of hospital last night. It is the last time I agree to going to the doc to have a headache checked out Anyway BS all over the place in there! Food was ok but eating Low Carb almost impossible!

Oh no poor you! My mum was in hospital for a total of 5 weeks last year and she said it was a nightmare trying to keep to her diet. Sending you hugs xx

Mine was up to 7 this morning - 7.4 on a different meter and finger.

Looking back through my records I have seen a gradual rise over the last month or so which started a week after I decided I could manage with just 2 Metformin per day.

It seems now I can't......
