Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.8 at 5:30 am.

Missed one blood test for my digoxin levels as I had taken them yesterday, clean forgot not to take them before I was tested. Back to the pathology shop this morning for the test, and all results back by Tuesday.

@Liam1955. Yeh still within range but used to get some 5's. Think they've gone on strike!!! But I did eat bowl of yoghurt with nuts & dates before bed, stomache felt so heavy x

There are lots of carbs (63g/100g sugar) in dates. They would cause most peoples BG to spike.
