Type 2 Life

Do you get them otherwise
No hun. I think warfarin users or any anticoagulant med users can experience bruising. Or some blood disorder sufferers experience bruising anywhere around the body.
Asprin shouldnt be strong enough to give bruising but everyone is different.
Call your pharmacist to ask about Ron's meds for any side effect? I assume your asking for Ron?

It's not for him it's me . Keep getting bruises on my stomach but I haven't knocked myself or anything .

Has anyone heard from @Liam1955 recently? I hope that you are ok William?
He is having a terrible time with his discs. He's having to manage morphine to not overdose, so unable to actively participate in Christmas. He wants Christmas to pass quietly. I want to respect his wishes. I hope he doesnt mind me posting it for you lovely people to reassure him. We all miss his posts. :(

Do you take any meds @tina_marie ? The pill? Call your pharmacist. Some meds take months to show up a side effect.
No I don't take anything. Ron's the pill popper in this house. So it more than likely something of nothing. Strange I keep getting them though.

Did you say you were checked for diabetes this year? If it came back good range then it shouldn't be related to pancreatis. If they appear again or don't heal let your gp see them hun. Hugs.

If the bruises do not disappear after a couple of weeks then I would see your G.P. as you may have a clotting disorder.
There are many things that it could be and the Doc may look for other signs to make a diagnosis.

Good Morning, my good friends,

I had a good night's sleep last night and a pleasant rest and recuperation on the beige sofa in my sitting room of my one-bedroomed council flat.

I'm now back at Tate South Lambeth Library logging on to all my favourite online forums/social media sites. I'll be doing this until my Corporate Appointee and Care Coordinator approve and order my new Acer Chromebook Laptop Computer. The Sky Broadband is still operational in my flat, likewise with my Sky Disney Channel and Landline Telephone and was paid in full yesterday, Thursday 22nd December, 2016. It's next due on 22nd January, 2017.

My fasting blood glucose reading this morning was 5.2 Millimoles Per Litre after several cups of coffee each with milk and 3 artificial sweetener tablets each.

I pray you all have a wonderfully sublime and peaceful Christmas. I am going to my friend Ioanna's and my best friend Lee will be cooking - with her help - roast chicken, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts and cauliflower for Christmas dinner. I mustn't have too many roast potatoes, though - "Devil Carbs".

Happy Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Love you all lots,

Johnny Baker, a person with Asperger Syndrome, Type II Diabetes Mellitus and Musculoskeletal Disorder.

Merry Christmas Johnny!
Have a great time.
Have a wonderful new year too.
I'm looking forward to your future posts. You keep me smiling, especially on gloomy days. Thank you for keeping us posted!

Good Afternoon, my dear friends at 1:07 Post Meridian on Friday 23rd December, 2016.

At approximately 11:05 Ante Meridian, I consumed a Sainsbury's Cornish Pasty with - presumably(!) - mutton, peas, carrots and chopped boiled potato (Not good for the LCHF diet!) but a little while afterwards my blood glucose reading was a very healthy 6.3 Millimoles Per Litre, amidst glasses of cool tap water and 1 mug of coffee with milk and 3 artificial sweetener tablets.

It's a very cool, overcast day here in South London but at least the rainfall has kept off although it is essential for successful hydration and adequate irrigation of crops and vegetation.

Have a really beautiful day.

Lots of love,

Johnny Baker, a person with Asperger Syndrome, Type II Diabetes Mellitus and Musculoskeletal Disorder.

Storm Barbara has arrived in Scotland the winds are gale force with lashing rain /sleet here in the central belt, we've taken our bins and outdoor furniture in to the garage, so glad we went out to the supermarket at 8.45am before the winds got up. Both of our older boys are travelling today, one flying from N.I. one driving, I'll be glad when they get here

Can you let us know when all arrived safely?
Keep warm and in touch Anna, please. ♡♥♡

Yes just been up/down motorway to my parents in Milton Keynes, M1 was pretty windy ....

Off out to a vegetarian Indian tonight. Bit worried about it - pretty sure everything will have potato in and it looks like the kind of place where asking for low carb meals will fall on deaf eyes. Not my choice. But I'll just go with the flow, it's Christmas :)

Thankfully almost finished work so nearly time to relax for the next 12 days, Merry Christmas friends :)
