What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.2 at 8:45 .......................not at all cured yet..

had a guest yesterday and ate very much, and also too much carbs.. so ..NO excercise yesterday, 201 grams of carbs 85 grams of proteins and 2450 calories eaten... good that I am off to excercise today

I'm really struggling with mine, today it was 19.7 and it has been and 26.0 for 3 months that I know of. I've got a phone appointment with a diabetic nurse on Monday.
I am type 2 and on Metformin and for the last 3 weeks on Sitagliptin.
I am also Agoraphobic so getting to the doctors' is impossible

I feel for you and know where you are coming from with your high numbers

Wishing you well with the phone call ask if you can discuss face to face I'm sure they would accommodate you, it's worth a thought

I was off the Meter this time last year always 33.0 + or 'HI'

A switch in insulin and being better educated by going on a Dafne course plus cutting down on the enormous amounts of carbs I was eating with help from friends on here has transformed my fortunes

I was 6.5 this morning
