Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    70 g of carbs and 950 calories yesterday.

    10.1 for me this morning. Valentine's Day profiteroles may explain that. Walkies for me today! If this goes on for much longer I will see if my medications can be tweaked.

    I was wondering abut liver dump myself - I've read about it but don't really know what it is. I'll be seeing my doctor in the next week or so, so I'll ask about it then. Thanks for your suggestion.

    Thanks for your help. I guess I'm being a bit of a drama queen complaining about these numbers, but I'm still learning! I'll get on to Google about Liver Dump and liver blocks ...
