BG @6.20 am 6.1
Two hours after lunch 4.50 pm 5.4
two hours after evening meal 7 pm 5.9
Really happy with these BG results

18.3 mine, and that's lower that it has been, does anyone else have far higher levels in the norning than they do durig the rest of the day?

I'm usually higher in the morning than I would be all day.

Last night was 4.6mmol without dinner. It has been edging up and have stubbornly refused to go below 5.0 mmol for the past month...looks like there's plenty of glycogen store left in my liver...

ps No idea why it has dropped to 4.0 every day I do exactly the same activity's eat the same meals at the same time and go to bed at the same time, just by way of my experiment,there is no logical reason why it has dropped in to the 4's range

What is important is that you feel ok and normal at these level. Then it is a good sign that the brain is still getting enough fuel.
