After being really strict diet wise for last 3 days I managed a 4.5 this morning. Felt my numbers were creeping up as I took more treats. Now if I could get rid of this sciatica.

Good Morning! Tested at 0500 and reading was 8.7!
I washed my hands and tested on other hand and it was 8.0. I got a bit carried away with the liquorice cream rocks last night.
