Type 2 Life

Good Morning, my good, lovely friends on Type 2 Life,

I am posting to impart to you that my blood glucose reading was a very optimum 6.6 Millimoles Per Litre this morning.

Yesterday my Carer Shanshika seasoned up some chicken breast fillets with paprika, mild curry powder, dried thyme, all purpose seasoning, salt, and white pepper. I cooked it in my Jamaican Dutch Pot at Ioanna's, my friend, because my cooker's not operational. Ioanna cooked the rice for her and Lee and I cooked the curried stewed chicken. Ioanna gave me some pasta twists with mine.

Have a lovely day. I'm 5 Days quit now and last time I had a roll-up was at 7:15 Post Meridian on Thursday 13th April 2017 Anno Domini.

Love you all lots,

From,

Johnny (@autisticwonder1970 Baker)

Well done on keeping off the roll-ups

At 10 to 12 I had a Sainsbury's basics £1.00 beef lasagne ready meal and washed my lunch plate in warm, soapy water and rinsed it. I ate it up the table in my spacious sitting room with a knife and fork.

My blood glucose reading about 10 minutes ago was 6.1 Millimoles Per Litre.

Lots of love to my lovely friends on Type 2 Life,

Five days?!! Well done, Johnny! :)

Good Morning, my good, lovely friends on Type 2 Life on the www.diabetes.co.uk website,

I'm posting to impart to you that I'm 6 Days quit from roll-ups! I awoke at approximately 3:00 to 3:15 Ante Meridian and instead of smoking I reached for my NRT Mouth Spray and squirted 2 sprays on the inside of my cheek in my mouth.

I've had 2 mugs of tea with Nestle Coffeemate Light and 3 sugars each and a can of baked beans that Lee brought around yesterday. My blood glucose reading at 3:40 Ante Meridian was 8.6 Millimoles Per Litre, a bit on the high side, so I'm going to go back to Sucralose sweetener tablets in my next hot beverages. My back is aching a lot less this morning. I applied 2 lots of Phorpain Maximum Strength Ibuprofen Gel and 2 lots of Paracetamol yesterday so it seems to have worked now.

This is so cool that I've managed to stay quit from tobacco - yay!

Have a lovely day ahead.

Lots of love from Johnny Baker. xXx.

A rough night.
I'm wondering how @leslie10152 is getting on?
@Liam1955 too.
How @13lizanne 's knee is getting on?
How @debrasue , who never moans, is today?

Hoping @diamum isnt too emotional bruised from her excellent interview which will lead to much better things?

How is @maureen5752 today?

I miss @eddie1968 but even the guys haven't heard from him. I hope he is well?

I worry about my diabetic soldiers, worldwide.
I'm hugely proud of everyone of you!!! ♡♥♡

Hi, Vicky!
I'm so sorry to hear you've had a rough night. I wish there was something I could do to help you - you are always so supportive of everyone else. Sending you some big squashy hugs... :nurse:
Yes, I'm good, thanks. TT No 1 stayed over last night and has just gone home, after "dippy eggs" for breakfast and making me the first customer in her new hairdressing salon. I feel about 5 years old again! :)
Hugs to all the other poorly peeps, too. How are you today, @Liam1955 ?

Good Evening, my friends,

Here is an image of what I've gone back to after 6 days of abstinence. I'm a disgusting person, thoroughly vile and reprehensible but Jehovah God knows I have a boundless ability to slip up and make mistakes.

I'm so sorry. Love Johnny Baker xXx.

You don't need to apologise to us, Johnny, or beat yourself up. You'll get there in the end, when you're ready.

Debrasue is quite right Johnny, anyway when God looks at you He sees His child who He loves so stop calling yourself names and just try again when you are ready to stop. Have a good evening friend x

Good afternoon, my lovely friend @13lizanne, and may God richly bless you for your kind words and understanding that my vulnerability to addiction and Asperger Syndrome delineated myself from blame concerning my relapse from the 6-day Smoking Quit. Jehovah God loves me very much indeed, hence the Ransom in giving His Precious Son Jesus Christ to bear our sins and transgressions and give us Everlasting Life in Paradise Earth. I love myself, too, so it was a sin against Jehovah and against my impeccable parents, with their first-class parenting skills, as I believe I'm a lovely little chap and the love I receive on and offline shows me this and I'm grateful from my heart. I'm also grateful for my Asperger Syndrome, although with its ups and downs, makes me high-functioning, intelligent and loving. Thank you, ADHD and Autism Service Consultant Psychiatrist for your hard work in diagnosing it. AS isn't an illness, it's a way of life.

My blood glucose today was 7.2 mmol after eating a sausage and mashed potatoes ready meal and 1 tomato sandwich earlier.

I'm off for my Cognitive Behaviour Therapy at the Behaviour Genetics Unit at my local psychiatric hospital outpatients department, session 2, 1:30 Post Meridian today.

Lots of Love, @13lizanne.

From,

Johnny Baker, sufferer of Asperger Syndrome xXx.

Good Afternoon, my lovely friends,

I've just got indoors after travelling back from the Maudsley Hospital Outpatients Department, Denmark Hill, Camberwell after having my Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for my Asperger Syndrome with my Senior Clinical Psychologist, Siobhan, from the Behaviour Genetics Centre there. I very honestly, and in great detail, discussed the 'autistic meltdowns' I've been having recently and the psychological abuse from past relationships that precipitated them, the first individual being a 50-something lady mental health service user who was my neighbour in my previous housing association flat, with a diagnosis of clinical depression, agoraphobia and pronounced alcohol-dependent personality disorder who misunderstood me thinking I was a lot of bad things, the second individual was an elderly schizophrenic gentleman who, as part of his schizophrenia, was besotted with social class and class distinction, accusing my mum and dad of being 'as common as muck' and not bringing me up properly. I no longer see these 2 individuals. The psychologist is going to help me to identify the triggers to the meltdowns and help me not to give money away to earn people's respect which one cannot do, and help me with timescales and boundaries too which I find difficult. I have some goals until Friday 28th April 2017, our next appointment, to go swimming, start writing poetry again, to start drawing again and try to count from one to ten before having a meltdown, hence making them more few and far between.

My blood glucose at 4:20 PM after eating sausages and mashed potatoes ready meal were 8.6 mmol.

Lots of love from Johnny Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome xXx.

Good evening, my lovely friends on the type 2 life www.diabetes.co.uk forum,

I am posting to impart to you that I had a good evening and I visited my best friend Lee and walked him back to my flat and let him do some laundry in my washing machine with my Bold 3 in one powder and then walked with him to Sainsbury's Nine Elms supermarket in the vicinity of where we both live to keep him company. I wasn't making very good eye contact with my Asperger Syndrome and walked along looking at the floor. I'm always like that when I go out and it can make me look very vulnerable.

I had two glasses of water from the tap in Lee's flat and now we're back at my flat watching GP's Behind Closed Doors.

My blood glucose reading just now,8:18 Post Meridian, was 7.3 millimoles per litre as I ate a roast chicken, 3 roast potatoes, peas and carrots and stuffing and gravy ready meal and a tomato sandwich earlier.

Lots of love and God bless you, @13lizanne and @debrasue, Jesus loves you and so do I.

From,

Johnny Baker (@autisticwonder1970). a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Idiopathic Megarectum xXx.

I'm glad that you had such a good, productive day Johnny. I know that it's not easy for you to go out to busy places but you thought of how your friend Lee was feeling and put his needs first and that was really kind. You have had a very busy day today and managed everything that came your way really well, I hope that tomorrow will be equally successful :) @autisticwonder1970

my blood glucose level, today Saturday 22nd April 2017, at 8:07 ante meridian was 6.6 millimoles per litre, after ingesting a cod in parsley sauce, mashed potatoes and peas and carrots ready meal.

Hello, peeps,

I've had my fill of 1 Cadbury's single Fudge finger and 2 tomato sandwiches made with Sainsbury's classic round tomato x 1 and 4 slices of Bloomer bread. My blood sugar, today, Saturday, at 1 minute past 2 is 9.4.

I've changed back to my original account updating my username to Walterthesofty because of my vulnerability and how he was vulnerable to the beano character Dennis the menace. Walter loved nice things as I do like nice smells like perfume and soap, flowers and cute kittens. That's what I love as well. I love all the peeps on Type 2 Life and on my autisticwonder1970 account I learned a lot about type 2 diabetes mellitus although I had an awful lot of spikes in my blood sugar through struggling with the LCHF diet due to limited dietary choices and fussiness about food which some people with Asperger Syndrome, which I have, struggle with.

Thanx, so much 4 being my friends. Luv u lots, especially @debrasue, @13lizanne and @ikihun my lovely friends.

Luv John David Baker (@walterthesofty), a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome. xXx.

Hello, my friends,

I've just phoned my church friend Graham up & he is doing such a lot of DIY work in his nu house he has bought for him and his wife Kathryn in North Finchley, North London.

Just having a mug of instant coffee with sucralose granulated artificial sweetener.

Blood sugar is now 12.1, totes hyperglycemic! Haven't eaten anything more, tho'.

Luv u lots,

John David Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and schizoid personality disorder. xXx.
