Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.2 this morning.
Decided to try something new - so this morning 7.2 - only had coffee no breakfast - one hour later 7.5 - an hour later again no breakfast - 6.8 -- taken no meds so far this morning either. Will take the meds at lunchtime with food but wondered if this is worth doing on a regular basis or if it is better to eat breakfast and take meds first thing.
Any offers of advice very welcome.

you´ll only know the real difference after a week without ... because there is also a long term effect on blood levels not only on the emediate morning fasting blood glucose... don´t judge from only a few days unless your numbers skyrockets

I took mine the last meal off the day but it's whatever you decide I found it better at night given the time it digest's in your system
