I seem to be permanently stuck at 6.5 now, with a rogue 5.6 thrown in last week. FBG has risen quite a bit over the last 12 months, it used to be in the 5's every day.
We're in this boat together and we may be sinking !I was just looking at my old contour xt meter at my FBG from 2014-2016 no 6's till Oct 16. It's frustrating as I'm so much stricter now.
As soon as I relax a teeny tiny bit my FBG goes to 6. whatever. But then I can keep it at that for most of the day so maybe it's not worth worrying about as long as the average is okay???Sometimes I wonder if it would be better to just have gone keto straight off as every week I am adding more to the 'do not eat' list to stay where I started almost 6 years ago.
