Sorry if i missed you mentioning dairy intolerance before.
I can see how not enjoying meat and being unable to eat dairy would cramp your LC style.
Are you ok with oily fish? Or do you lean towards vegetarianism?
I cant tolerate whey in dairy, but i am ok with dairy foods that have the whey removed. I believe many of us are either whey or lactose intolerant.
If you like dairy free vegetarianism then we have some forumites who make it work.

nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil, mayonnaise, nut milks, macadamia nut oil...
@Avocado Sevenfold is a vegan and eats low carb, and her recipes and her menus are awesome. She will be able to answer your question of whether soya cheese will work in LC.

I think we all go through that, but sooner or later, a swtch flips in our heads, and we start to think 'oh? So I can eat that, can I?
If you have a sweet tooth, will look out a few websites that may reassure you - you CAN still eat enjoyable food!
