A 6.7 this morning. I've relaxed my low carb. I need to go strict again. Heaven help me this 6wks. Ha ha may be too many distractions. Hope not.

Morning, Im at 6.6 at 8.30 today. Got my first blood results yesterday since I was originally diagnosed 3 months ago when i was 118 Im now at 53, hopefully it'll be lower again in 3 months time

Don't bang your head against the wall too hard, I know through personal experience that sometimes it takes a while to hit your stride. Then the numbers will start to come down.
