Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

All Lchf food yesterday, so blaming liver dump and a restless night as hurt back at work when having to help with a 'controlled' fall when the resident couldn't walk any further and had to be lowered to the floor. Going to be hitting the paracetamol and ibuprofen regularly today.

on a happy note seen the doctor yesterday to discuss my latest test I had 3 weeks ago( she's been on holiday ) and she's now put me on an annual test instead of 3 months so I'd like to thank you guys for your help without you I don't think I would got to this point so soon
 
4.3 this morning - no idea how - must be the gliclizade pushing it down - it should be up considering I have the mother of all colds and feel like crud! And I've got conjunctivitis as well because of it. Sorry - whinge over!:yuck::yuck::mad::mad:
