Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Was the low carb pasta ok? I know some taste like cardboard

The pasta tasted ok,had it with a strong tasting sauce,(pasta was Napolina,gluten free green pea fusilli).BS has stayed high so far despite low carb food today and no lunch,so think it may just be the virus.

Good Morning! 5.5 at 0400, then 6.9 at 0640.
This confirmed my suspicion that my recent fbg readings in the 6s, despite fasting, have been due to DP.
My liver seems to think I need to be over 6.
