Mine was 8.8 after been up 90mins and doing ablushions and tablets, insulin and pain relief hun.
So if I'd tested immediately it would have been below 7s as I dump 2-3mmol/L's on rising.
Will you test in your bed tomorrow morning, as soon as you open your eyes and not up and moving, for me. I'm very curious about your rise too? We all rise unless we use a food or insulin/metformin to block it.

First hba1c result without meds stayed at 45
Cholesterol all dropped

yes I don´t know why it took me so long time to think of that as a reason...I am also sensitive to coffee...
