Type 2 Gloves

I'm an equal-opportunities employee!

A trip abroad to meet someone who has had her hand bent the wrong way in industrial machinery would be quite interesting.

I'm also quite curious as to what someone looks like when they are wearing 57 different layers of thermal clothing.

I'll fit you both in!
Looking forward to it! I'll let you know right away as soon as the lottery lets me know!

Any space for my washing up, I’ll show you a graph or two! :joyful::playful::hilarious:

I was looking on Google for an image something like my fingerless mittens with the ability to cover my fingers when required, but I became rather distracted by these gloves.

If only my knitting skills were more than extremely rudimentary.

I had a nice pair of NZ sheep skin gloves I got them from Mullets in Redhill when I lived there.

I really really want a pair of those or the knitting pattern

Having found a pattern for a balaclava that might well help @AdamJames in some way, I feel honour bound to offer it up here:

Or perhaps a little something for the tootsies:

:woot: Me want!

If I can find the knitting pattern I'll make you a pair.
ps washing up is still waiting.......

I haven't worked out the travelling yet. I'm thinking you can expect a knock on the door at about 3am? ;)

I'm sure we can all come to some sort of arrangement here...

We've got knitting skills, washing up skills, and the need for warmth! It's barter time :)

Never mind graphs I feel a Venn diagram coming on!

Ok, you do my washing up for 4 weeks and I'll knit you a balaclava

A balaclava is a form of ritual humiliation and punishment, isn't it?

My mother loved to knit. I had some classic sweaters over the years. Actually it's a wonder I have any ears, because the necklines used to almost always end up very tight and my ear would feel like they were being torn off, when pulling the sweater on.

[shudder ]

Knock loudly then, I sleep soundly :singing:

If you just leave the kitchen door open, you'll wake up and it will be like the Fairy Godmother has paid a visit. The Fairy Liquid Godmother, that is!

Do you see what I did?

There?
