What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning everyone
4.20 am BG was 5.2 wonderful
Now for my holiday so my last posting is tomorrow's will see you all later,need something to eat now! K
Hope you have a great weekend everyone,it's pouring it down here,but forecast for Spain better!!! We hope! K

Good morning Freema hope your keeping well,what's weather like in Denmark,cannot be any worse than here.

4.8 at 8.00 a.m.

We swapped the car yesterday and today we will be driving the new-to-us car to another town to go do our shopping so he can learn its quirks. (If he were a kid I'd say he wanted to play with his new toy) but I like our neighbouring town so it's OK with me.

Oh you lucky Darling being in Spain must be wonderful ️I am doing fine ate too many carbs Yesterday so will eat less today and more vegs and eggs ; and have a whole day free where I will enjoy good telly stuff while knitting the whole day so all is fine , hope you are doing good too and enjoy life and maybe the Sun. I really envy you Spain the People there the food and the weather

Hi Freema I've not knit for years,used to knit baby clothes when mine where young then cardigans and jumpers has they got older,my husbands mum taught me cable and Guernsey patterns too. Probably forgotten more than I remember now it's been that long? You'll have to post a picture of your latest knitting for us to see! K

She said she hadn't tried cauliflower rice yet,and told hubby to listen to me on how to maintain his type2 diabetes his blood pressure is through the roof he has to increase his meds to get it down. I'm on no meds just diet controlled! So very pleased with what I've managed to achieve in last 12/18 months. Looks like you too are well on track thank goodness for this site and all the wonderful and knowledgeable people on here wouldn't have done it without you all! THANKYOU! K
