What did you do for exercise yesterday?

A tiny bit more than Boo! Since my foot op walking has been tricky. I can’t bend my foot properly without it hurting so I bought myself a mini step machine. I can ‘walk’ whilst keeping my feet flat, but it’s much harder work than normal walking! :arghh:
So far I’ve managed five minutes a day, it kills my thighs!

None yesterday, I did push the shopping trolley around Woolies for my partner.

Was going to play barefoot bowls last night but the greens were too wet to play as they were all flooded in the afternoon. Looks like I will not be playing today either, plurry rain.

About hour and half brisk walking and made some shelves for the boys room (from scratch - cutting, sanding etc no flat pack here )

I'm sure they will. By what or by who though?

One of those dreams where you are being chased, but don't know by what.

I've sometimes wondered what the impact of intense nightmares have on BG during the night. Nightmares where you wake up gasping for air, heart pounding.

Good grief. The stress must increase BG I guess.

I always think it is the bg fluctuations that cause the nightmares. If I do ever wake up from a bad dream my Libre sensor tells me that my bg dropped BEFORE either the nightmare or the physical sweating, gasping and heart pounding.
