What did you do for exercise yesterday?

I did 30 minutes brisk walking and 1 hour swimming!

Yoga in the morning, then at lunch cross trainer, squats, chest press, dips pull ups, ball twists and stretches.

A tiny bit more than Boo! Since my foot op walking has been tricky. I can’t bend my foot properly without it hurting so I bought myself a mini step machine. I can ‘walk’ whilst keeping my feet flat, but it’s much harder work than normal walking!
So far I’ve managed five minutes a day, it kills my thighs!

None yesterday, I did push the shopping trolley around Woolies for my partner.

Was going to play barefoot bowls last night but the greens were too wet to play as they were all flooded in the afternoon. Looks like I will not be playing today either, plurry rain.

Exercise is bad for you it produces Lactic Acid which can lead to Lactic-acidosis so I avoid it as much as possible.

I always think it is the bg fluctuations that cause the nightmares. If I do ever wake up from a bad dream my Libre sensor tells me that my bg dropped BEFORE either the nightmare or the physical sweating, gasping and heart pounding.
