What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5 this morning. Threw everything at this sucker yesterday - OMAD, sprint 8 HIIT followed by weights and eventually red wine with meal. Only thing not fixed was sleep - minus clock change was awake at 5.20 and fitbit stole an hour probably due to my wife's restlessness. We'll call it a draw between me and fbg.

Edit: Fitbit has added 2 hrs to my wake up time - the 1 official hour and another random hour. Still only gives me 5.5 hrs!

6.4 this morning

@ianpspurs I tried the red wine cure last night, but any benefit must have been offset by the restless night ( also caused by the wine I think). Or it could be the white wine and G&Ts I also had......
@DJC3 doseage varies - as does glass size. Notice I didn't specify how much red wine!

Good morning all. The cold/flu is fortunately getting a bit better, but woke up having a coughing fit. So, I guess that why blood sugars were slightly higher at 5.5 today.

Enjoy what's left of the weekend, folks.

Full of admiration for type 1s. Tricky enough getting type 2 right but all you with type 1 surely can be a nightmare. You amaze me continually.
