5.1 this morning - at the lower end of City Analysts expectations following a difficult period for fbg trading. Shares in LCHF have done well in early trading. Have splendiferous days - lawn cutting days are back, I love that job.

Sorry about the mix-up. Hope you had a great time celebrating, anyway. A bagel probably wouldn't be a good idea for me either -- to be honest though, I haven't tried that many carbs since diagnosis. I am just too much of a chicken.
