Since I've been on gliclazide, and by cutting out bread my FBGs have mainly been in the 5s and 6s.

Got my HbA1c result today - 43.

Same as when I was diagnosed 5 years ago and down from 59 in December 2017.

GP rang me to reduce my gliclazide to 40mg due to the risk of hypos.

Hopefully my FBGs will continue to be good.

That sounds like an interesting combination. Did you make it or buy it?

I bought it , it tastes fantastic , it is suite easy to make ; brush all the dates with olive Oil or Coconut Oil and then tun Them in liqerice powder

Considering that you ate so many small new potatoes and still get 6.0, then it is pretty good. Mine would have shot up the roof. I can only handle two new potatoes.
