I remember her saying that they spend a lot of time in Spain I think it was in the summer months she is a bit of a globe trotter I believe.

I think a few grams of carb are called for. I am going to have to be a bit careful of the Co-trimaxozole.

@JohnEGreen whats wrong with the co-trimaxozole? I’m on it permanently now to try to protect my lungs from bugs
 
Morning all. 5.6 for me this morning. The weather here is still stunning, although the water barrels are empty and I've finished re-routing all the gutters and down pipes into a huge water tank.
