7.9 this morning, hmmm a bit higher today but feeling fine so easy to get on with my day, "new look new" turned into a farce really cos I ended up with pillows in the bathroom and toilet paper in the kitchen and now google, the cat, has started looking at me strangely, gonna try a waddle in a bit and hopefully it won't hurt too much so, so far, today is a good day. Increase the peace my lovelies.

Fbg 6.7 this morning with Dapagliflozin, insulin and 800cals diet with lower carb in mind. (looking into switching milk to water based shakes instead). Or at least more soy friendly for thyroid health.
