Always a constant battle isn’t it
We’re all part of the diabetic army I’m pleased that you are standing shoulder to shoulder with us all on here.

There seems to be a broad spectrum of members with similar symptoms and effects on bg. The change of seasons may be responsible or just coincidence. Take care, keep the fluids and mood up and hope it subsides soon and bg comes back to normal.
Thank you, ianpspurs for your kind words. I decided to visit the practice nurse this morning and have been prescribed a few basic antibiotics. It maybe a virus but I tend to get secondary bacterial infections which are a challenge to get rid of so thought it better to get checked out early. Have a good weekend.:)

Sleep well, karen. The evening is just getting started here where I live and I just walked back from the grocery store in a lovely lightning-free downpour. KitCat woke up to welcome me home but she has now gone back to sleep.

Morning all. Insomnia strikes again. 3.15am seems to be default wake up time, even at the weekend. Dozed for a while but gave in at 4.15am. On the positive side bathroom has now been cleaned! FBG was 4.8.
