Moring all from yet another sunny day here in the North, a 6.7 greeted me today, after running a 50% temp basal after training last night. Sunday was a funny night, 4 hypos all during the small hours, Monday my readings didn't climb over 4 at all, so I had a day "sofa surfing" as apparently the readings have to be over 5 to drive, or at least that's what I told work every cloud and all that.

thank you all for your good wishes, blood has been extracted so now we wait for the results

Visited mum twice yesterday as she now appears to have caught a 'lurgy', at least if it's the same bug as mr. gee it's not as severe in the tummy dept. thankfully although the other symptoms seem the same. Going to make some chicken soup just now and probably shop for some easily palatable bits for her store cupboard later.

Well a surprising 5.2 this morning despite being ill and eating all manor of things I shouldn't.. .much better than the 7s, 8s and even 10s I've seen these last few days.
