7.4 today......most mornings between 6.5 and 7.5.....Diabetic Nurse reasonably happy
as am I.......80 yr old and 94kgs ..down from 105 ....still trying for less but not easy
as there is nothing wrong with my appetite......living in Spain by the way.

good morning all...due to a kaputt accuchek meter i havent posted lately but at 0900 my f.b.s. was 4.9 ....ive just had the results of my hb1ac a year after the first one which i think was 12.5 (dont quote me ) junes was 5.5 september was 5.3 and todays was also 5.3... also today is a year since i joined this site..... have a good day and weekend all...

Thank you. My other test results have been put online and are all OK but my a1c hasn't gone on yet! What will be will be though. I know I've tried hard and learning every day
