Hi
@gennepher
interesting read on Q10.
had seen it earlier in other posts as recommended for certain situations.
nice to see you getting the benefit from it.
do wonder, and you after a year of researching, can probably say, did LCHF make any difference ?
as in is it clearly the Q10..or the effects of low carbing..?
only ask as it seems LCHF, does appear to have a far greater impact across many diseases / symptoms then just simply T2D
For someone who has also reversed a lot of neuropathy in his feet, see
@Jim Lahey post, from absolute agony so he says, to full recovery.
marvelous story of grit and pure determination.
I did read ( and my wife had some issues with feet, so i bought for her,) that B12 is poorly absorbed unless in a sub lingual application (under the tongue )..she tried and found some help.
then we ran out of ours and looked to replace, holland & barrett raved about a b12 spray so wife uses that to what she says is good effect..
Myself i use a decent B12 complex daily
seems to help, but i cant be certain without lab reports, but we all do travel in hope when trying to improve our health.
One thing that did help me, was the magnesium tablets and spray for my cramps.
take one each end of day and spray IF needed..so far way more comfortable waking up in mornings.
Might look into the Q10 a little more now you've mentioned the good effects.
If you needed a more detailed look at some vitamins like q10.
@Winnie53 , has been a great source of informed opinion on the subject and well able to pull up relevant data seemingly at will.
she Might be another to check out for possible good advice.
Now if only there was a tablet to take for all the tech/building suffering your undergoing...mmhh,
a noted brick through an office window is just SO yesterday, yet a n angry E-Mail, just DOESN'T cut the mustard somehow..Lol
Hope all resolves soon or at least you find a way to manage the situations..
My bedtime reading 5.1..so i end the day below where i started it, which is nice.
