Well, after an awful nights sleep and testing later I woke to a 6.9 @ 06.40. I went back to bed, didn't get any more sleep so pretty tired today. I tested again when I got up @ 07.45 and its down to 5.9 so I'll take that today. Now sat with a coffee and cream. I could just eat some pork scratchings to go with my coffee lol.

Thanks... was traveling on business for a couple of days and it did throw me off a bit. Wasn’t bad but I wasn’t measuring regularly.. hence I didn’t bother updating. This morning i was pleased with below 6.0 numbers... hope to keep it going... I think apple cider vinegar helped

Good morning Star. Its looking like it is going to rain so sadly I maybe confined to base LOL. In which case I will have time to write and read a bit.
