6.7 this morning.
I find before breakfast is ok. Before lunch is lower, closer to 4 then picks up again before dinner and bed.

Was 3.3 before lunch today

Was 7.5 yesterday, was feeling very low and emotional yesterday which took my levels up. Still trying hard to stick to low carb, no cheating! Still trying to stay positive!

BG of 8.6 this morning. The empagliflozin is working a bit but not enough. The trial goes on. Would still put my money on insulin in three months time.
