Hi everyone,
I’m new to all this and feel out of my depth, frightened and just don’t understand.
T2 and I’ve buried my head for a very long time. (Sadly) and I am paying the price now. (Moral of the story is, do NOT bury your head.)
Trying hard to take control of myself and doing a low carb change in eating habits and healthier eating. My blood readings were in the 20+ range and I have managed to get them to 5.6-10 range in the last two weeks.
I’ve never been good at eating 3 meals a day and times don’t eat until the evening. I’m still struggling with this. What I don’t understand is why oh why do my readings go up during the day, when I haven’t eaten anything? My mind tells me they should lower.
I have so many questions for you all but won’t bombard you with them all just yet.
If you are kind enough to take the time to reply, please remember I don’t understand jargon or ”big” words.
Many Thanks.
