Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I want to loose my weight particularly fat on the waist, what should I do that works better and I donot feel hungry?
I am new to this group and desperate to improve blood sugars. I have type 2 diabetes in my family but I do not want to become diabetic this early.

Hi LQ and welcome to the forum, this thread is just for recording fasting blood sugars. You’ll get a better response if you write your own post in an appropriate sub forum, maybe the prediabetic sub forum which you can find here:

I have not had Symbicort 400 since last night, will have my usual dosage after breakfast with my Spiriva Respimat.
I know low level chat, but I usually don't take symbicourt in the mornings, my asthma is getting better after pneumonia, and I know Symbicort raises my readings, but I needed to breathe in the previous week. Next script Symbicort it will be lowered to the 200 dose, as before getting sick my asthma was the best controlled in about 12 years thanks to weight loss and regular 30min walks.

Moral of Story? I do believe my Endocrine system is being corralled back to “normality”.

The Super Bowl? The very best I’ve watched since I started back in the early ‘80s. Way to go Kansas City!
