Nut cheese sounds just as bad as nut juice.
I do lurk from time to time to add items to my shopping list.
Has anyone tried the Tesco Tinga pasta on tofu? It's very good, actually I might add that to the list for this weeks shopping.

They have a restaurant I used to go to in Calif that was delicious! (market and cafe) And they have recipes on their site.
Just hit recipes and the top and they have several categories. One of the oldest vegetarian health food market and cafe around and now the cafe is all vegan.

Daiya Foods
Also makes a lot of excellent products!

Both these guys would have huge booths, well especially Daiya at the major trade show in the states and always sampled out all of their products. They usually would also make several dishes with their products like fried rice with their egg substitute or pizza with their cheese. Although Daiya makes 4 vegan pizza choices now. Daiya actually makes a huge variety of products.

This has a US nutrition label so it says
15 carbs, you minus 7 fibers and 5 erythritol sugars to get the 3 carbs total on the front of the item label.
However as a type 1 you still need to count erythritol, I was taught to count it as half of what it says. As a normal insulin producing person sugar alcohols are supposed to metabolize so fast they don’t have to be accounted for per US guidelines as net carbs, but still listed under the carb section.

I have been taking a small bag of Cheesies(crunchy popped cheese) for my lunch each day. They are very low carb and a nice snack. I order them from Amazon.

Kay's Naturals makes pretzels, puffs, crackers in boxes and in one serving bags. Even yummy cookie bites! They are 15 carbs and 12 grams of protein usually in each bag. A pretty big variety and the one serving bags are a good portion. I haven't had the cheese ones but they were popular in our store, the only one I didn't like as much were the plain pretzels. My favorites were jalapeno mustard pretzels and cinnamon almond cookie bites.

Vegan Tofurky hickory smoked deli slices and Vegan Gardein stuffed turkey rolls.

Both companies everything is vegan.
I've met the chef that was creating the dishes for Gardein originally and he was very particular about what went into his food. They have grown fast and becoming very popular and now have over 50 products.
And Tofurky has always been an excellent company. One of the originals and they've been around for 25 years and have really expanded with what they make.

I haven't ever tried their products but it is noted in trade magazines as a successful up and coming company with a huge range of choices. Maybe like the Gardein Company in the USA which has a huge selection and so far with Gardein everything I've tasted has been delicious and they are all vegan.

Nutritional yeast is life!
Not so keen on the Beyond burger, personally. But their sausages are off-the-chain good!!
Vegan Hellman's Mayo.
Love Alpro chocolate soy drink.
I've enjoyed most soy yoghurts that I've tried.

Sounds great! I've tried lentil pasta, but wasn't so enamoured. Would be nice to have a higher-protein pasta that didn't taste as strong as the lentil stuff that I've tried.

Barilla has a protein pasta that has egg whites etc, but it's not really low carb, so it depends on if you are looking for more protein or a lower carb pasta.

Lentils can taste a bit too earthy, sometimes. For pasta, i'd prefer something a little more neutral...like normal pasta, I guess
