Never take blood sugar, Dr advised me no need as Type 2. I just follow low carb not no carb!!! Limited exercise as I have osteoarthritis in knee. Cook everything myself from scratch as I am also Lactose and Wheat intolerant

Yesterday

Gluten free porridge with Soya milk

Chicken soup with Gluten free oatcakes

Steak, scrambled eggs and tomoatoes

Lots of water and tea and an Apple

5.8 FBG this morning. High for me, but then yesterday was a bit of a carb blow out celebration :D ... Pizza Hut pan pizza, 1/2 bottle of champagne and low carb lager for dinner (7.8 after 2 hours).

Dropped as today has gone on, 5.4 2h after breakfast (bullet proof coffee), 5.1 2h after lunch (antipasto platter, boiled eggs, pickled chillies, pecan nuts). I predict 4.6 as my pre-dinner recording.
