A good full moon sun rise. I like the detail in the foreground rocky waves. I a man glad it's given a you a peaceful start to your day.Fbg 6.5
The pre dawn was good and then the sky went insipid. But now at nearly 7 am, it looks a nice day.
I started this digital painting before I washed yesterday's pots, and while I was washing them I was looking at the moon that had been full a few days ago. It deflates very quickly. And was looking like the air was coming out of the side of it as it was deflating...
So I came back to my digital painting in Procreate, which was looking like wild blue waves at sea, and a red/orange sky. I tried the moon in it, but it didn't work, not satisfactorily to me anyway.
This was meant to be a quick painting because I wanted to get out in the garden...
But that never works out. I then get involved with the digital painting, changing this, changing that, altering colours, repainting over it and so on. I think it is a brain meditation to put my thoughts in a good place, or the best possible place for the coming day.
So the waves changed to a sort of rocky landscape (maybe you can still see the influence of the waves in them?), and the sky got smoother which suited this particular moon better, which is near enough what I saw this morning out of the kitchen window. It is a lot easier to do a full moon, rather than a deflating moon, so full moon it is!
So, this is my painting contribution for today!

Trying to capture the late afternoon light on Spring Beech Trees, needed some negative painting of background. Need to send the blue to a more dark forest blue green but it's progressing....
A4 Watercolur, if this one works out I will try some more late evening tree pictures...

It recalls a scene one may get at dawn at the volcanic irruption on Iceland.Fbg 6.5

Yes, that is exactly what I was concerned about, especially as I am on the highest dose you can take. The antibiotic is clarithomycin and it has a huge list of side effects listed on the accompanying leaflet. Clinical trials also show that it increases blood sugars in people with diabetes.Hi Krystyna,
Doxycycline affects GGT, all drugs have side affects to a lesser or greater extent.
Some like the above should restrict our exposure to sunlight.
We can soon get back to normal if we are not taking them long term but I doubt they switch back to normal immediately.
D.
I think that I would be inclined to test more and probably eat to my readings, drink more fluids and walk a bit more. I have found, for me at least, that if my bs goes high, something with a bit of fat/protein in it followed by a brisk walk, even 20 minutes round the house seems to do the trick - I have shares in BabyBel.Yes, that is exactly what I was concerned about, especially as I am on the highest dose you can take. That's where the funny rating originates.I I have shares in BabyBel.
