Throughout the years I have been told to eat unsaturated fats, such as Palm oils, Rapeseed and other forms of unsaturated fats including vegetable oils, are really bad for me. I can only have saturated fats. These are natural fats that don't make you fat.
I have no other conditions unless I have carbs and unsaturated fats.
One of the reasons for this is that these oils are not designed to help with your health.
And of course cause inflammation. Which is one of the reasons blood glucose levels go higher, then prediabetes and eventually Type two.
They say that certain oils help with cholesterol (adverts) but as usual, the thing they don't say is, with a dietary controlled lifestyle. It's in the small print.
So you can have these oils, you can only have a very small amount of food with it.
I'd rather go lchf, than have to resort to oils.
Just to say, most of us have never seen the process to get rid of these oils after use.
Why do we need to separate everything else from these oils and have a specialist company that is licensed to recycle them? It stinks and dries like a fat burger in the sewers.
I would review the reason we need these oils, we don't, but because of the growing number of people who won't eat animal products, this is a cheap alternative.
And keeps a lot of farmers and growers around the world happy.
