Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

2 cups pureed family made chicken soup
1 shot of sambuka (to help with the pain of eating)

Breakfast: blueberries and almonds, eaten surreptitiously while in a Zoom meeting.
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich on low-carb bread - this bread is a recent discovery and will be a game changer. It seriously doesn't do anything to my blood sugar.
Snacks: cucumbers with some spice, some Cambozola cheese. And one small tomato.
Dinner: Spring rolls after finding my favorite shop delivers! Took two apart to eat the contents and not the wrappers and vermicelli but did eat one whole and BOOM went the glucose. I think one of them also had some sugar in the shrimp paste stuff. Whoopsy.

As usual, did not drink enough water.
What is this bread?? X

kd cooked real mushy
a mudshake for the pain of eating and swallowing
(less carbs and calories in pain meds
but as usual the abusers ruined it for ppl who need them)

yesterday--
clubhouse
a few fries
(went out to eat before our new latest restriction starts)
today will be the leftovers

I had scrambled eggs for brunch with some cheese and a beef stew for dinner, I’m a little worried about the stew as I had swede and carrot and potatoes in it, I only had one potato and I shall be testing my bg soon to see the impact of it

Coffee butter cream.
Half of lager when out walking.
Lidl low GI roll with butter, cheddar and sliced tomato.
Squares of 70% chocolate (appetite killer).
Edit: one plum.

Today my body is coping with the roll.
Strange world.

What is the name of the bread?

I didn't plan well enough today and MyFitnessPal suggested the amount of carbs in my dinner was much higher than the nutrition facts for the recipe suggested. So today I hit 133g of carbs :(, my testing strips should arrive tomorrow so I can start tracking the impact of meals like this.
