Thanks, going low 4’s everyday seem to be the normal for me at the minute, really don’t feel great but can eat to bring it back up, better than it being too high & trying to get it back down, hope you’ve had a lovely weekend, back to work tomorrow, weekends go so quickSorry to hear about the low BG, hope it didn't mess up your day too much. Decided to save time by just adding loads of non starchy veg to whatever I make that would usually have cauliflower rice with. Saves a lot of time! LOLThanks, loads of food & b/s went back to 5 quite quickly, carried on working but wasn’t going to risk the peloton
Great FBG as usual, was going to ask you what banana shake was like but you drowned it in chocolate so probably couldn’t taste it, what’s happened to cauliflower rice?
